Health and Safety Code § 386.115","heading":"MODIFICATION OF VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY.","body":"After evaluating the availability of vehicles meeting the emissions standards and after public notice and comment, the commission may expand the program to include other on-road vehicles, regardless of fuel type used, that meet the emissions standards, have a gross vehicle weight rating of greater than 8,500 pounds, and are purchased or leased in lieu of a new on-road diesel.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1331, Sec. 10, eff.
