Health and Safety Code § 386.151","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Light-duty motor vehicle\" means a motor vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating of less than 10,000 pounds.\n(2) \"Motor vehicle\" means a self-propelled device designed for transporting persons or property on a public highway that is required to be registered under Chapter 502, Transportation Code.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 755 (S.B. 1731), Sec. 8(e-2), eff.
