Health and Safety Code § 386.182","heading":"COMMISSION DUTIES.","body":"(a) The commission shall:\n(1) develop a purchase incentive program to encourage owners to:\n(A) replace older drayage trucks and cargo handling equipment with newer drayage trucks and cargo handling equipment; or\n(B) repower drayage trucks and cargo handling equipment; and\n(2) adopt guidelines necessary to implement the program described by Subdivision (1).\n(b) The commission by rule and guideline shall establish criteria for the engines and the models of drayage trucks and cargo handling equipment that are eligible for inclusion in an incentive program under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1230 (S.B. 1727), Sec. 13, eff.
