Health and Safety Code § 386.251","heading":"TEXAS EMISSIONS REDUCTION PLAN ACCOUNT.","body":"(a) The Texas emissions reduction plan account is an account in the state treasury.\n(b) The account is administered by the commission for the benefit of the plan established under this chapter. The account is exempt from the application of Section 403.095, Government Code.
