Health and Safety Code § 392.004","heading":"APPLICATION FOR GRANT.","body":"(a) An entity operating in this state that operates a fleet of at least 75 vehicles may apply for and receive a grant under the program.\n(b) The commission may adopt guidelines to allow a regional planning commission, council of governments, or similar regional planning agency created under Chapter 391, Local Government Code, or a private nonprofit organization to apply for and receive a grant to improve the ability of the program to achieve its goals.\n(c) An application for a grant under this chapter must be made on a form provided by the commission and must contain the information required by the commission.\n(d) The commission shall minimize, to the maximum extent possible, the amount of paperwork required for an application.\nRedesignated from Health and Safety Code, Chapter 391 by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 91 (S.B. 1303), Sec. 27.001(30), eff.
