Health and Safety Code § 393.006","heading":"AMOUNT OF GRANT.","body":"(a) Grants awarded under this chapter for a facility to provide alternative fuels other than natural gas may not exceed the lesser of:\n(1) 50 percent of the sum of the actual eligible costs incurred by the grant recipient within deadlines established by the commission; or\n(2) $600,000.\n(b) Grants awarded under this chapter for a facility to provide natural gas may not exceed:\n(1) $400,000 for a compressed natural gas facility;\n(2) $400,000 for a liquefied natural gas facility; or\n(3) $600,000 for a facility providing both liquefied and compressed natural gas.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 892 (S.B. 385), Sec. 3, eff.
