Health and Safety Code § 395.014","heading":"REPORT REQUIRED.","body":"On or before November 1 of each even-numbered year, the commission shall submit to the governor, lieutenant governor, and members of the legislature a report that includes the following information regarding awards made under the program during the preceding state fiscal biennium:\n(1) the number of grants awarded under the program;\n(2) the recipient of each grant awarded;\n(3) the number of vehicles replaced;\n(4) the number, type, and location of any refueling infrastructure, equipment, or services funded under the program;\n(5) the total emissions reductions achieved under the program; and\n(6) any other information the commission considers relevant.\nAdded by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 755 (S.B. 1731), Sec. 8(r-1), eff.
