Health and Safety Code § 401.426","heading":"APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATION.","body":"(a) A person who owns, leases, or uses or the agent of a person who owns, leases, or uses a mammography system must file a written application for certification under Section 401.424 on a form prescribed by the department.\n(b) The department may require, at any time after an application is filed, further information from the applicant and conduct inspections necessary to determine whether the application for certification should be granted or denied.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 138, Sec. 1, eff.
