Health and Safety Code § 401.428","heading":"DENIAL, SUSPENSION, REVOCATION, OR REINSTATEMENT OF CERTIFICATION.","body":"(a) The department may deny, suspend, revoke, or reinstate a certification.\n(b) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules establishing the grounds for denial, suspension, revocation, or reinstatement of a certification and establishing procedures for disciplinary actions.\n(c) Proceedings relating to the suspension or revocation of a certification issued under this subchapter are subject to Chapter 2001, Government Code.\n(d) A person whose certification has been revoked may apply for a new certification on the expiration of one year after the date the certification was revoked.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 138, Sec. 1, eff.
