Health and Safety Code § 401.510","heading":"FACILITY LICENSE REQUIRED.","body":"(a) A person may not operate a laser hair removal facility unless the person holds a license issued under this subchapter to operate the facility.\n(b) A separate license is required for each laser hair removal facility.\n(c) This section does not apply to:\n(1) a facility owned or operated by a physician for the practice of medicine;\n(2) a licensed hospital; or\n(3) a clinic owned or operated by a licensed hospital.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 303 (H.B. 449), Sec. 1, eff.
