Health and Safety Code § 42.015","heading":"EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.","body":"(a) The department may develop, implement, and supervise educational programs for the public and health providers, including physicians, hospitals, and public health departments, concerning end stage renal disease, including prevention and methods of care and treatment.\n(b) The department may use existing public or private programs or groups for the educational programs.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
