Health and Safety Code § 431.02105","heading":"PROHIBITED ACT; TEMPORARY PROVISION.","body":"For expiration of this section, see Subsection (c).\n(a) The offering for sale or sale of cell-cultured protein for human consumption within this state is unlawful and prohibited.\n(b) A violation of this section may be enforced in the same manner as a violation of Section 431.021 is enforced under Subchapter C.\n(c) This section expires September 1, 2027.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 968 (S.B. 261), Sec. 2, eff.
