Health and Safety Code § 431.117","heading":"PRIORITY FOR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS IN DISTRIBUTION OF INFLUENZA VACCINE.","body":"The executive commissioner shall study the wholesale distribution of influenza vaccine in this state to determine the feasibility of implementing a system that requires giving a priority in filling orders for influenza vaccine to physicians and other licensed health care providers authorized to administer influenza vaccine over retail establishments. The executive commissioner may implement such a system if it is determined to be feasible.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 922 (H.B. 3184), Sec. 2, eff.
