Health and Safety Code § 431.202","heading":"LICENSE REQUIRED.","body":"(a) A person may not engage in wholesale distribution of nonprescription drugs in this state unless the person holds a wholesale drug distribution license issued by the department under this subchapter or Subchapter N.\n(b) An applicant for a license under this subchapter must submit an application to the department on the form prescribed by the department or electronically on the state electronic Internet portal.\n(c) A license issued under this subchapter expires on the second anniversary of the date of issuance.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
