Health and Safety Code § 432.007","heading":"ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) The department shall issue a license to an applicant who complies with Section 432.006 and who meets the minimum qualifications established by department rule.\n(b) A license issued under this chapter expires two years after the date of issuance.\n(c) A separate license is required for each salvage establishment.\n(d) A license may not be transferred from one person to another or from one location to another.\n(e) A salvage operator or salvage broker shall display the license in accordance with department rules.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
