Health and Safety Code § 432.008","heading":"LICENSE RENEWAL.","body":"(a) A license holder under this chapter may renew the license by filing with the department, before the expiration date of the current license, a renewal application on a form prescribed by the department, accompanied by a nonrefundable renewal fee.\n(b) After an inspection to determine the license holder's compliance with department rules, the department shall renew the license of a license holder who submits a renewal application and pays the renewal fee.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
