Health and Safety Code § 432.014","heading":"REINSTATEMENT OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) Not later than the 30th day after the date of the denial or emergency suspension, a person whose license application has been denied or whose license has been placed under an emergency suspension may request a reinspection for the purpose of granting or reinstating the license.\n(b) The department shall perform the reinspection not later than the 10th day after the date of receipt of a written request for reinspection from the applicant or license holder.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
