Health and Safety Code § 432.024","heading":"REFUND OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY.","body":"On the date the court's judgment that an administrative penalty against a person should be reduced or not assessed becomes final, the court shall order that:\n(1) the appropriate amount of any penalty payment plus accrued interest be remitted to the person not later than the 30th day after that date; or\n(2) the bond be released, if the person has posted a bond.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 556, Sec. 1, eff.
