Health and Safety Code § 433.026","heading":"NIGHT INSPECTION; HOURS OF OPERATION.","body":"(a) The department shall provide for inspection at night of livestock slaughtered at night and food products prepared at night for the purposes of intrastate commerce.\n(b) If the department determines that a person's operating hours are capricious or unnecessarily difficult, the department may set the person's time and duration of operation.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
