Health and Safety Code § 433.100","heading":"EMERGENCY WITHDRAWAL OF MARK OR SUSPENSION OF INSPECTION SERVICES.","body":"(a) The department may immediately withhold the mark of inspection or suspend or withdraw inspection services if:\n(1) the department determines that a violation of this chapter presents an imminent threat to public health and safety; or\n(2) a person affiliated with the processing establishment impedes an inspection under this chapter.\n(b) An affected person is entitled to a review of an action of the department under Subsection (a) in the same manner that a refusal or withdrawal of inspection services may be reviewed under Section 433.028.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 730, Sec. 1, eff.
