Health and Safety Code § 437.0075","heading":"FOOD MANAGERS IN CERTAIN POPULOUS COUNTIES.","body":"(a) A county with a population of at least four million may require a certified or trained food manager to be on duty during the operating hours of a food establishment.\n(b) The training required of food managers can be no more extensive than that specified under Subchapter D, Chapter 438.\n(c) A food establishment that handles only prepackaged food and does not prepare or package food may not be required to have a certified food manager under this section.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1378, Sec. 7, eff.
