Health and Safety Code § 437B.055","heading":"ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) The department shall issue a mobile food vendor license to an applicant who submits a complete application, pays any required fee, and meets the department's licensing requirements and whose food vending vehicle passes a health inspection.\n(b) A license issued under this section expires on the first anniversary of the date of issuance.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 744 (H.B. 2844), Sec. 2, eff.
