Health and Safety Code § 438.106","heading":"POWERS AND DUTIES OF EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONER; FEES.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner by rule may adopt a fee for issuance or renewal of a food manager certificate under this subchapter in amounts reasonable and necessary to administer this subchapter, but not to exceed $35.\n(b) The executive commissioner by rule may adopt a fee, in an amount not to exceed $10, for an examination administered by the department under this subchapter.\n(c) The executive commissioner may adopt rules for the denial, suspension, and revocation of a food manager certificate issued under this subchapter.\n(d) The executive commissioner by rule may prescribe standards for:\n(1) examination sites;\n(2) expenses of administration of examinations under this subchapter; and\n(3) site audits for administration of this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 317, Sec. 2, eff.
