Health and Safety Code § 440.032","heading":"PENALTIES.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly or intentionally violates Section 440.011 or a rule adopted under this chapter.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.\n(c) The penalty prescribed by this section is in addition to any civil or administrative penalty or sanction otherwise imposed under Chapter 431 or other law.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 167, eff.
