Health and Safety Code § 443.104","heading":"TERM; RENEWAL.","body":"(a) A license is valid for one year and may be renewed as provided by this section.\n(b) The department shall renew a license if the license holder:\n(1) is not ineligible to hold the license under Section 443.102;\n(2) submits to the department any license renewal fee; and\n(3) does not owe any outstanding fees to the department.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 764 (H.B. 1325), Sec. 7, eff.
