Health and Safety Code § 461A.057","heading":"STATE AGENCY SERVICES STANDARDS.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner by rule shall develop model program standards for substance abuse services for use by each state agency that provides or pays for substance abuse services. The department shall provide the model standards to each agency that provides substance abuse services as identified by the commission.\n(b) Model standards developed under Subsection (a) must be designed to improve the consistency of substance abuse services provided by or through a state agency.\n(c) Biennially the department shall review the model standards developed under Subsection (a) and determine whether each standard contributes effectively to the consistency of service delivery by state agencies.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1 (S.B. 219), Sec. 3.1158, eff.
