Health and Safety Code § 461A.151","heading":"CLIENT SERVICE CONTRACT STANDARDS.","body":"(a) In each contract for the purchase of chemical dependency program-related client services, the department shall include:\n(1) clearly defined contract goals, outputs, and measurable outcomes that relate directly to program objectives;\n(2) clearly defined sanctions or penalties for failure to comply with or perform contract terms or conditions; and\n(3) clearly specified accounting, reporting, and auditing requirements applicable to money received under the contract.\n(b) Contract goals must include a standard developed by the department that is based on a percentage of program clients who maintain long-term recovery for an extended period as defined by the department.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1 (S.B. 219), Sec. 3.1158, eff.
