Health and Safety Code § 466.024","heading":"PERMIT LIMITATIONS.","body":"(a) The department may issue a permit to:\n(1) a person constituting a legal entity organized and operating under the laws of this state; or\n(2) a physician.\n(b) The department may issue a permit to a person other than a physician only if the person provides health care services under the supervision of one or more physicians licensed by the Texas Medical Board.\nAmended by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 193, eff.
