Health and Safety Code § 481.139","heading":"OFFENSE: TRANSFER OF CHEMICAL LABORATORY APPARATUS FOR UNLAWFUL MANUFACTURE.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person sells, transfers, or otherwise furnishes a chemical laboratory apparatus with the knowledge or intent that the recipient will use the apparatus to unlawfully manufacture a controlled substance or controlled substance analogue.\n(b) An offense under Subsection (a) is a felony of the third degree.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 745, Sec. 32, eff.
