Health and Safety Code § 485.101","heading":"IMPOSITION OF PENALTY.","body":"(a) The department may impose an administrative penalty on a person who sells abusable glue or aerosol paint at retail who violates this chapter or a rule or order adopted under this chapter.\n(b) A penalty collected under this subchapter shall be deposited in the state treasury in the general revenue fund.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1411, Sec. 6.01, eff.
