Health and Safety Code § 534.010","heading":"EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.","body":"(a) The board of trustees shall appoint an executive director for the community center.\n(b) The board of trustees shall:\n(1) adopt a written policy governing the powers that may be delegated to the executive director; and\n(2) annually report to each local agency that appoints the members the executive director's total compensation and benefits.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 1, eff.
