Health and Safety Code § 534.012","heading":"ADVISORY COMMITTEES.","body":"(a) The board of trustees may appoint committees, including medical committees, to advise the board of trustees on matters relating to mental health and intellectual disability services.\n(b) Each committee must be composed of at least three members.\n(c) The appointment of a committee does not relieve the board of trustees of the final responsibility and accountability as provided by this subtitle.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 1, eff.
