Health and Safety Code § 534.014","heading":"BUDGET; REQUEST FOR FUNDS.","body":"(a) Each community center shall annually provide to each local agency that appoints members to the board of trustees a copy of the center's:\n(1) approved fiscal year operating budget;\n(2) most recent annual financial audit; and\n(3) staff salaries by position.\n(b) The board of trustees shall annually submit to each local agency that appoints the members a request for funds or in-kind assistance to support the center.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 107, Sec. 6.20, eff.
