Health and Safety Code § 534.0155","heading":"FOR WHOM SERVICES MAY BE PROVIDED.","body":"(a) This subtitle does not prevent a community center from providing services to:\n(1) a person with a chemical dependency;\n(2) a person with a developmental disability; or\n(3) a person younger than four years of age who is eligible for early childhood intervention services.\n(b) A community center may provide those services by contracting with a public or private agency in addition to the appropriate department.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 107, Sec. 6.21, eff.
