Health and Safety Code § 534.052","heading":"RULES AND STANDARDS.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules, including standards, the executive commissioner considers necessary and appropriate to ensure the adequate provision of community-based mental health services through a local mental health authority under this subchapter.\n(b) The department shall send a copy of the rules to each local mental health authority or other provider receiving contract funds as a local mental health authority or designated provider.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 1, eff.
