Health and Safety Code § 534.102","heading":"RULES AND STANDARDS.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules, including standards, the executive commissioner considers necessary and appropriate to ensure the adequate provision of community-based intellectual disability services through a local intellectual and developmental disability authority under this subchapter.\n(b) The department shall send a copy of the rules to each local intellectual and developmental disability authority or other provider receiving contract funds as a local intellectual and developmental disability authority or designated provider.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 835, Sec. 2, eff.
