Health and Safety Code § 534.113","heading":"ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL AUDIT ACTIVITY.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner shall develop protocols for an agency or department of the state to conduct additional financial audit activities of a local intellectual and developmental disability authority.\n(b) An agency or department of the state may not conduct additional financial audit activities relating to a local intellectual and developmental disability authority without the approval of the executive commissioner.\n(c) This section, and a protocol developed under this section, do not apply to an audit conducted under Chapter 321, Government Code.\nAmended by:\nActs 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1 (S.B. 219), Sec. 3.1336, eff.
