Health and Safety Code § 534.120","heading":"NOTICE OF DENIAL, REDUCTION, OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES.","body":"The executive commissioner by rule, in cooperation with local intellectual and developmental disability authorities, consumers, consumer advocates, and service providers, shall establish a uniform procedure that each local intellectual and developmental disability authority shall use to notify consumers in writing of the denial, involuntary reduction, or termination of services and of the right to appeal those decisions.\nAmended by:\nActs 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1 (S.B. 219), Sec. 3.1336, eff.
