Health and Safety Code § 555.027","heading":"ANATOMICAL GIFT.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner by rule shall prescribe a form that a resident's guardian may sign on behalf of a resident if the resident's guardian elects to make an anatomical gift on behalf of the resident in accordance with Chapter 692A.\n(b) Subsection (a) does not preclude a guardian from executing a document in accordance with Chapter 692A that supersedes the form executed under that subsection.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 843 (H.B. 2734), Sec. 1, eff.
