Health and Safety Code § 555.061","heading":"TOLL-FREE NUMBER.","body":"(a) The office shall establish a permanent, toll-free number for the purpose of receiving any information concerning the violation of a right of a resident or client.\n(b) The office shall ensure that:\n(1) the toll-free number is prominently displayed in the main administration area and other appropriate common areas of a center; and\n(2) a resident, a client, the legally authorized representative of a resident or client, and a center employee have confidential access to a telephone for the purpose of calling the toll-free number.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 284 (S.B. 643), Sec. 22, eff.
