Health and Safety Code § 574.048","heading":"ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PATIENT DELIVERY.","body":"The facility administrator, after receiving a copy of the writ of commitment and after admitting the patient, shall:\n(1) give the person transporting the patient a written statement acknowledging acceptance of the patient and of any personal property belonging to the patient; and\n(2) file a copy of the statement with the clerk of the committing court.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 1, eff.
