Health and Safety Code § 592.034","heading":"REVIEW AND REEVALUATION.","body":"(a) Each client has the right to have the individualized habilitation plan reviewed at least:\n(1) once a year if the client is in a residential care facility; or\n(2) quarterly if the client has been admitted for other services.\n(b) The purpose of the review is to:\n(1) measure progress;\n(2) modify objectives and programs if necessary; and\n(3) provide guidance and remediation techniques.\n(c) Each client has the right to a periodic reassessment.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 1, eff.
