Health and Safety Code § 593.007","heading":"NOTIFICATION OF CERTAIN RIGHTS.","body":"The department shall inform the person who filed an application for a determination of an intellectual disability of the person's right to:\n(1) an independent determination of an intellectual disability under Section 592.020; and\n(2) an administrative hearing under Section 593.008 by the agency that conducted the determination of an intellectual disability to contest the findings.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 1, eff.
