Health and Safety Code § 597.047","heading":"CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.","body":"Notwithstanding any other state law, a person licensed by this state to provide services related to health care or to the treatment or care of a person with an intellectual disability, a developmental disability, or a mental illness shall provide to the committee members any information the committee requests that is relevant to the client's need for a proposed treatment.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 530, Sec. 1, eff.
