Health and Safety Code § 614.006","heading":"APPLICABILITY OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENT CODE PROVISIONS.","body":"(a) The provisions of Chapter 2110, Government Code, other than Section 2110.002(a), apply to the committee.\n(b) A member of the committee is not entitled to compensation for performing duties on the committee but is entitled to receive reimbursement for travel and other necessary expenses incurred in performing official duties at the rate provided for state employees in the General Appropriations Act.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 1, eff.
