If the legislature does not appropriate money specifically for that purpose, the office may, but is not required to, provide a service or program under Section 614.019(a) or 614.020 using other appropriations available for that purpose.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 785 (H.B. 2119), Sec. 1, eff.
