Health and Safety Code § 674.009","heading":"UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE BY REVIEW TEAM MEMBER; OFFENSE.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person is a member of a review team and the person knowingly:\n(1) discloses confidential information in violation of Section 674.007; or\n(2) inspects confidential information without authority granted in accordance with procedures established by the review team.\n(b) An offense under Subsection (a) is a Class A misdemeanor.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 488 (S.B. 143), Sec. 1, eff.
