The driver's license or personal identification certificate indicating an affirmative statement of gift of a person who is involved in an accident or other trauma shall accompany the person to the hospital or health care facility if the person does not have a donor card.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 186 (H.B. 2027), Sec. 1, eff.
