Health and Safety Code § 711.082","heading":"ADMINISTRATION; FEES.","body":"(a) The department shall administer Subchapter C relating to cemetery brokers.\n(b) The commission may adopt reasonable rules concerning:\n(1) fees to defray the cost of administering Subchapter C;\n(2) the retention and inspection of records relating to the sale or resale of the exclusive right of sepulture in a plot;\n(3) changes in the management or control of a cemetery broker's business; and\n(4) any other matter relating to the enforcement and administration of Subchapter C.\n(c) A fee set by the commission may not produce unnecessary fund balances.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 220 (H.B. 52), Sec. 10, eff.
