Health and Safety Code § 712.0036","heading":"TERM OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY.","body":"(a) The Finance Commission of Texas by rule shall prescribe the term of and renewal procedures for a certificate of authority issued under this chapter.\n(b) If the Finance Commission of Texas prescribes the term of a certificate of authority issued under this chapter for a period other than one year, the finance commission shall prorate any applicable fees as necessary to reflect the term of the certificate.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 532 (H.B. 2495), Sec. 8, eff.
